**Site Safety Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**

+ Implement, monitor, and enforce all site safety policies, procedures, and programs on a large-scale data center construction project.
+ Work closely with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure consistent adherence to OSHA regulations and client safety standards.
+ Support the development, communication, and enforcement of site-specific safety plans for all trades and activities.
+ Maintain a strong field presence by regularly walking the jobsite to identify hazards, unsafe behaviors, and at-risk conditions.
+ Proactively identify potential hazards and implement risk mitigation measures before incidents occur.
+ Conduct or support safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and orientations to reinforce safety expectations and best practices.
