Provide planning, coordination, and construction management support for Site Services projects
Communicate project status updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders
Complete the development of project Scope of Work for services and materials and work with Supply Chain Group in the development and administration of contracts
Prepare Budget Proposals, Project Charters, and Project funding requests
Manage data related to equipment operation, mill feed, and record keeping of mine statistics
Assist/produce departmental reports
Prepare and coordinate design/change controls of projects
Develop applicable presentation material and facilitate safe work plans for all non-routine Site Services project work
Be fully proficient in all data management and engineering design programs (AutoCAD C3D, Trimble Software)
