Operating in Northern British Columbia, you will be responsible for daily operations while working a two-week shift rotation. This position requires you to organize workflows, mentor Heavy Equipment Operators, and develop safe job practices in collaboration with site trainers. Your focus will be on continuous improvement and ensuring that all facility repairs are promptly addressed.
