The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes. The Site Superintendent serves as the key point of contact between field operations and project management teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient progress throughout all phases of construction. The Site Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager. This position requires flexibility to work out of town as needed across British Columbia and Alberta.
