The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, customer-focused construction services with a strong emphasis on safety, innovation, and execution. The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations at the jobsite.
Responsibilities

+ Set up the jobsite and implement safety practices.

+ Analyze and establish jobsite protection.

+ Schedule and supervise pre-start meetings.

+ Assist the Project Manager in selecting subcontractors.

+ Review shop drawings before submission to the architect.

+ Lay out visual components such as lighting, HVAC grills, outlets, and switches.

+ Maintain strong project morale and identify underperforming subcontractors early.

+ Hold foremen meetings with key subcontractors.

+ Ensure subcontractors install materials per contract documents and company standards.
