We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress.
Ensure construction activities are executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to maintain workflow.
Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with health & safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material logs.
Assist in quality assurance by checking workmanship and materials used.
Support project engineers/architects in implementing project plans.
Communicate effectively between the site team and management.
