CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our client working across civil construction projects based in Darwin, NT.

This role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor with strong experience managing day-to-day civil site operations, subcontractors, safety compliance, and project delivery within fast-paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, trades, and subcontractors
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and equipment to maintain project schedules
• Conduct daily prestart meetings, site inductions, and toolbox talks
• Maintain site documentation, records, and reporting
• Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget
