Position: Construction Site Supervisor (Structural Steel)
Roles & Responsibilities - Liaise with Project Manager / drafter / contract manager
- To ensure installation / fabrication is carried out as per construction drawings.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Carry out inspection in accordance with standard.
- Control material waste, completion time.
- Guide and training new or refreshment workers.
