Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to AP occupational and process safety standards and established Operating Procedures.
• Train, assess, and mentor a team of operators/technicians.
• Develop site talent through coaching, training, and progression.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
• Support development and compliance to the annual Production Fixed Cost budget.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Preventive Maintenance programs and Mechanical Integrity programs.
• Manage the site’s Basic Safety Process (BSP) and Process Safety Management.
