Carry out daily onsite supervision of M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
Monitor the workmanship quality and work progress consistently.
Ensure the project timely completion in accordance with approved project schedules and budget.
Report any defects, safety issues and non-conformities immediately.
Record and maintain accurate site reports included inspections records, checklists, photographs and etc.
Follow up on identified issues and ensure all corrective actions are taken.
Coordinate and work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and progress coordination meetings as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
