Overview

We're looking for a Certified Red Seal Plumber with supervisory experience to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in an industrial environment.

Location: Secunda, Mpumalanga.
Contract Type: Limited Duration Contract.

Requirements

• Red Seal Plumbing certification (mandatory)
• Grade 12 / Matric
• 5 years supervisory experience (construction/maintenance/industrial services)
• Sasol/petrochemical site experience advantageous
• Valid driver's license, medically fit
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure work meets scope, safety, and client standards
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Manage materials, equipment, and documentation
