Conduct regular checks on the stock-in and stock-out of materials within Suppliers’ stockyard to conform within contract requirements – this include but not limited to visual inspection and regular quality checks deemed necessary to ensure the quality of materials;
Conduct joint samplings with suppliers on Materials quality testing and sending of samples to the Approved Laboratory in accordance with Supply contract requirements and approved Standard;
Check, collate and compile all necessary supporting and shipping documents such as permits, Bill of Lading, cargo clearance, etc to be in compliance with supply contract requirements;
Compile and prepare monthly shipments schedule of all Materials’ suppliers. Take necessary action to inform the Project Manager and/or the SO Rep on irregularities found in all Materials’ supplier’s shipments or source related matters;
