• Monitor daily site activities and workers.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on site.
• Daily site Inspection work progress
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Report delays, site issues, and manpower status.
• Prepare daily site reports, Inspection form and progress updates.
• Coordinate with main contractor and how to avoid delays.

Job Requirements

• Degreed or Higher Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or Building Services
• Min 3 years’ experience in Construction Sector (Experience in Plumbing or Piping work is advantage)
• Familiar with all Plumbing or Piping materials
