Site Supervisor - Surveil International Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and manpower.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project team.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and work quality.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Attend site meetings and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients when required.
• Ensure proper usage of materials and equipment at site

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years site supervision experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
