A Site Supervisor (often called a Construction Supervisor) is the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of a construction project. They bridge the gap between the project management team (who handle the bigger-picture budget, scheduling, and engineering design) and the field crews executing the physical work.
The primary goal of a Site Supervisor is to keep the site safe, compliant, on schedule, and aligned with engineering specifications.
