Understanding of mechanical system design in semiconductor industry is preferred.
Semiconductor tool hook-up/unhook coordination and management.
Bill of materials preparation for projects assigned.
Able to interpret the tool schematic drawing (tool’s utilities matrix requirements).
Responsible for ensuring that assigned project meets customer’s specs, strictly follow procedures and schedules.
Provide technical interface with sub-contractor, to ensure that sub-contractor work force is trained to perform all procedures on assigned projects.
On-site supervision to work closely with contractors to execute tools services hook-up activities, ensure safety regulation is practiced and monitor work quality performance.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with all relevant internal & external team members including contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects.
