Position Overview

            RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead site team (as assigned) for completion of construction activities in accordance with project objectives, priorities, and contract specifications 
Carry out In-process Quality Control inspection from time to time 
Report any abnormality on site, such as WSHE, quality, misconduct, delay, etc 
Maintain site storage facilities for building materials and equipment 
To control and manage general workers and subcon 
Control and minimize material wastages 
Ensure daily housekeeping is carried out 
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management. 
 Job Requirements  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Construction works 
Able to work in a team and cope in a fast-paced environment 
Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit 
Relevant qualification / certificates (eg. Diploma, NCCS, B...
