This position is suitable for a fresh high school graduate who is eager to start a career in site operations and supervision. The role involves supervising site manpower, coordinating daily activities and serving as a point of contact between the company and the client representative at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site workers and monitor daily site activities.
• Ensure manpower attendance discipline and productivity at site.
• Coordinate daily work schedules as instructed by the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Liaise with the client representative for work updates, instructions and approvals.
• Report site progress issues and manpower status to management.
