Role Summary

Following the retirement of our fabulous Site Supervisor, Governors are seeking to recruit a reliable, dedicated, enthusiastic and proactive Site Supervisor /Caretaker to join our team. The role is key to ensuring our school environment is safe, clean, secure and well‑maintained, supporting the best possible experiences for pupils, staff and the wider community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, secure and well maintained.
• Key holding duties, porterage, maintenance and cleaning.
• Lead and manage a team of cleaners.
• Work a split shift – opening in the morning and locking up at night.
