Landscape Team Leader/Equipment Operator

Northland Based, Permanent Position

As a landscape contractor in Northland, we undertake Residential and Commercial projects of all sizes, and need team members who know their way around the industry.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Operate small to large excavators, skid steers, tip trucks, and other typical landscape site work tools daily.
• Surface customer concerns and report back to the Project Manager.
• Proactively assist in resolving customer service issues as needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and by company policies.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently being met or exceeded.
