+ Drive use of triage script for critical issues

+ Support Stage 3 disputes to provide objective analysis

+ VHM specific cradle to grave FASS/PAC support

+ Complete Engineering duties

+ Utilize process engineering skills to understand the physics used to create parts and trouble shoot problems.

+ Complete engineering analysis using CAE and free body diagrams to understand the forces applied to parts and systems that are causing things to break or wear out.
