/Preferred Qualifications
Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities against mainly OSAT customers.Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.Provide application support and training to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Above BS degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, material science preferred.
Minimum 3 years to maximum 8 years’ experience preferred.
Process engineer experiences in OSAT background is highly preferred.<...
