This role focuses on supporting construction and precast concrete operations by performing a wide range of hands-on tasks, including concrete work, general labor, and assisting machine operators in a production environment. You will contribute to the safe and efficient completion of projects by handling materials, operating and assisting with machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

**Responsibilities**
