**Job Title: Skilled Laborer**

**Job Description**

We are seeking dependable and experienced Skilled Laborers to support a wide range of construction activities on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks while assisting skilled trades and operating tools and equipment. We are building decks and working in a carpentry focused environment. This role will offer $20 - $21 an hour and can start immediately.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor duties on job sites, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
+ Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed.
+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials per project specifications.
+ Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
+ Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
