**Job Description**

The Skilled Trade Group Leader is responsible for overseeing union hourly associates and supporting leadership, including the General Manager at the General Motors Warren Tech Center, in the planning, administration, and execution of all Plant Operations & Maintenance (POM) activities. This role ensures full compliance with Aramark standards and client expectations while delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient facility services.

The Group Leader drives operational excellence by meeting and exceeding performance goals, client objectives, and customer needs. They foster a Safety-First culture, promote teamwork, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support a unified approach to facility maintenance operations in alignment with the General Manager?s strategic direction.
