Position Title Skilled Trades

FLSA Non-Exempt

Primary Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and replacements to damaged, deteriorated or otherwise non-functioning conditions found in and about the University buildings and campus. Apply journeyman level knowledge and experience in electrical, carpentry or plumbing. Additional experience must encompass a basic knowledge from three of the following disciplines: carpentry, plumbing. electrical and painting. Apply skill and responsibility in the use of tools and equipment of respective trades and be responsible for tools, materials and devices to perform tasks according to accepted practices. Perform related duties as required to accomplish tasks. NOTE : This is a coverage position filling in for other days and shifts as required by University needs.

Primary Schedule:
Sunday & Monday 3pm – 11:30pm, Tues. – Thurs. 7am – 3:30pm
