Key Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience in AI technology projects and enterprise-level implementation initiatives
• Solid background in HR, Talent Management, or Skills Framework projects (strictly required)
• Proven experience managing pilot programs and scaling projects across multinational or global organizations
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling international or cross-regional projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones and diverse project environments
• Strong project management and change management expertise, particularly within HR-related initiatives
