Overview

We are seeking a skills trainer for a permanent position starting 1 September 2026, or according to agreement. You will help develop a safe and functional learning environment for students as part of Salpaus' teaching team. Salpaus supports continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and support students in various logistics and vehicle-related tasks.
• Daily maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet used for teaching.
• Collaborate with teachers, other trainers, and immediate supervisors in planning teaching and activities.
• Supervise and monitor student work according to the schedule.
• Develop professional skills and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration within the institution.
