As a skipper, you will have a central role in ensuring safe and efficient operation of the Halsa–Kanestraum ferry link. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the vessel and will influence how the vessel runs. You will work closely with crew on board and in ports.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for safe and efficient vessel operation, including safety management, energy management, technical and operational safety on board, personal and environmental safety.
• Ensuring all operations comply with regulations, procedures and authorities' requirements.
• Contributing to energy‑efficient and safe operation through targeted follow‑up of SEEMP measures, energy management and optimal use of technical equipment in accordance with ISO 50001.
