We’re looking for an SLA Returns Administrator to serve as a key operational anchor within our service-level agreements team.
The successful candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail, a proactive communication style, and a genuine commitment to keeping both customers and internal teams well-informed and on track.
This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of customer service and operations.
The right person will connect customers, sales, production, logistics, and internal service teams — managing repair shipments, processing orders, maintaining SLA documentation, and ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
