Sleep Coach – Retail Customer Service (Full Time)

Hamilton, New Zealand – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with a rotating Saturday roster required. Salary plus bonuses.

As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of Resmed in our Hamilton retail clinic, delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting customers on their sleep health journeys.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised sleep solutions.
• Recommend products and services that improve sleep quality and help achieve sales targets.
