About the Role

As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of Resmed in our Hamilton retail clinic, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting customers on their individual sleep‑health journeys.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sleep solutions.
• Recommend products and services that improve sleep quality and help achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high store and clinic standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management.
• Develop strong product knowledge through training and staying up‑to‑date with Resmed’s sleep solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow‑up, progress checks, and ongoing support.
