Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Ensure sling making is done as per plan and specifications. 
Oversee day‑to‑day operations, preventing delays and managing issues. 
Conduct necessary training of team members. 
Keep management updated on sling manufacturing matters. 
Propose methods and resource requirements to enhance sling making process. 
Prepare waybills, arrange transport to barge or vessel upon completion. 
Arrange proper storage and preservation of all slings. 
Receive slings after offshore completion and perform condition check of wire rope, maintaining records. 
Inspect slings regularly, clean before and after use, and arrange for proper storage. 
Ensure all work meets HSE standards and approved procedures. 
 Experience & Educational Qualification  Secondary School Certificate with a discipline‑specific technical qualification, or equivalent.
