**As a Customer Technical Support and Remote Diagnostic Engineer for our small gas turbine (SGT) fleet in North America, you will provide technical support for the region! You will interact daily with external customers, Application Engineering, Program Management, and Field Service. Your location is Orlando, Florida.**

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ **Develop Service-engineered solutions to meet product line requirements for small gas turbine (SGT 100-400) service and outages.**
+ **Provide 24/7 operational service help desk support for our Region North America Small Gas Turbine (SGT) customers. Actively collaborate with the global SGT Technical Support to provide comprehensive customer solutions.**
+ **Daily monitor RNA SGT fleet by analyzing operating data through STARMS preventing and predicting possible malfunctions in the equipment, avoiding downtimes and breakdowns. This monitoring will result in providing SalesF...
