Your New RoleAs Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment and improvement projects, including damp and mould programmes, kitchen and bathroom replacements, and full internal refurbishments.
You will manage projects from inception through topletion, overseeing procurement activities, contractor performance, budgets, programmes, andpliance requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and supply chain partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
