      10+ years of experience in   Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).    

      7+ years of experience in   Smalltalk programming.    

      Strong knowledge of   Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).    

      Excellent   communication skills for independent client interaction.    

      Ability to   handle tasks independently.    

      Capable of   collaborating with customers and teams as needed.    

      Strong   team player with good interpersonal skills.    

      Good-to-Have Skills:    

      Knowledge of   PL/SQL and   UNIX.
