We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Smart Senior (CSO)** .

**In this role you will:**

+ Greet and welcome all of the customers
+ Provide counter service at community counters
+ Direct customers to the appropriate service counter or staff member, and promote the usage of self service banking terminals
+ Answer general customer enquiries
+ Carry out ad hoc administration tasks as required

**To be successful you will need:**

+ Experience in counter or branch operations much preferred
