Position: Bilingual SMB Account Executive (French/English)

Wagepoint, a fintech on a mission to simplify payroll, seeks an energetic sales professional who will drive revenue and build relationships with small‑business customers in North America.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas in a high‑velocity environment.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, collaborating with risk and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth launch for clients.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients by becoming a product & industry expert and advising on value‑based solutions.
• Continuously learn about clients’ needs and own the customer experience from first contact to renewal.
• Adapt to change, embrace ambiguity, and support team and company initiatives.
