Responsibilities

·Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for SMT, AOI, and Wave Solder processes

·Perform SMT programming for Juki & Panasonic machines (CM602 & NPM)

·Prepare and release loading lists prior to engineering builds

·Optimize SMT programs to improve cycle time and efficiency

·Conduct temperature profiling for reflow and wave solder ovens

·Support fabrication and buyoff for stencil, fixtures, and wave pallets

·Evaluate solder materials (solder paste, solder bar, flux) for engineering builds
