Job Title : SME- Telesales
Location : Powai, Truemeds
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 40β50 telesales executives to consistently achieve sales targets.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target accomplishment.
Monitor individual and team productivity, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer engagement.
Provide real-time on-floor support and guidance to improve conversion rates and sales closures.
Assign and distribute daily leads to agents and ensure timely follow-up.
Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports as required.
Maintain high levels of team discipline, motivation, and adherence to company processes.
About 80% team management and operations and 20% direct calling/sales activity.
