Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) Litigation Secretary to join its dynamic team.

The successful candidate will provide secretarial support within the Full Outstanding Balance (FOB) division of the firms Vehicle and Asset Finance department, supporting one attorney in a busy, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive secretarial support within the Vehicle and Asset Finance department.
• Managing litigation files from instruction through to finalization.
• Drafting and preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, attorneys, sheriffs and third parties.
