covering ED & Wards – On call overnight Category 1-2 – VRGS cover Cat 3-5s overnight from 22:00 Hours/shift 07:00 – 20:00 (onsite) Expectation that you review all cases in-person throughout the day. • Hours required to be on-site will be 8am ward rounds, followed by ED reviews etc - finish time to be negotiated with site. • Must return to the ED when requested by nursing staff at any time. • Complete discharge summaries and review admitted patients as requested. • Complete contemporaneous and comprehensive clinical documentation in all systems including discharges in eMR/eMeds. You as the Locum Doctor will be called in for all triage categorie (1s to 5s) in-person between 0700 hrs and 2200 hrs. • Overnight from 2200 hrs until 0700 hrs the locum doctor will be required to review all Category 1, 2 and 3 ED Presentations in-person. • Overnight from 2200 hrs until 0700 hrs VRGS will cover Category 4 and 5 ED Pre...
