Yield & Defect Improvement - Lead yield improvement and defect reduction through program & process optimization 4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide technical support and solve process issues across SMT steps (PCB Loader → Solder Paste Printer → SPI → Pick & Place → Reflow → AOI → Unloader) 5. Customer Feedback Analysis & Root Cause Investigation - Analyze customer feedback and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence 6.
