About the Position:

We are looking for a ManufacturingSMT (Surface Mount Technology) Supervisor to join the Electronic Systems Plant Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Production Unit Manager.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Your Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Supervise and manage SMT production lines, ensuring efficient and effective operation. Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians. Conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance skill levels and productivity.
