Job Responsibilities
Carry out daily maintenance, regular overhaul and calibration for core SMT equipment including mounter, reflow oven, screen printer, AOI and SPI; implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults rapidly, reduce downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Manage spare parts inventory, develop high-quality suppliers in Southeast Asia to ensure timely supply of spare parts.
