• Arrange for architectural trade demonstration for consultant's approval
• Arrange for testing of architectural materials
• Develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule
• Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed
• Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation
• Manage the project's design coordination works
• Lead architecture design development

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural
• Min 4 years of experience in building / residential projects
• Work in A1 Main contractor
• Able to commence immediate or within short notice ...
