Snr Specialist: SAP Support

Position Purpose

Provide underlying technical, functional and data support to the SAP Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes in TRIM that require the usage of complex ERP information systems by Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager employees. This supports better systems and process controls, accurate reporting, more efficient methods of transacting, and upskilling employees.

Position Outputs

• Provide training and testing for end users on SAP AA/FI/CO modules, ensuring strong user transaction knowledge and remedial fixes as needed.
• Support process understanding and enhancements for relevant SAP processes.
• Provide telephonic, Teams, and e‑mail support for issues on SAP AA/FI/CO modules or transaction failures, and perform period‑end technical jobs for TRIM.
