The TD MDE Shift Lead Engineer is responsible for coordinating and communicating the area priorities for all process development & operations for assigned areas, ensuring robust shift‑level operations that support TD work. This role acts as the critical bridge between real‑time shift execution and TD strategic objectives, translating priorities into actionable plans that ensure process stability, yield protection and operational excellence. The Shift lead supervises both Engineers and Technicians and coordinates directly with TD 1st Shift team members, HVM Shift Ops Team and multi‑functional teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality execution aligned to TD work responsibilities include but are not limited to:
