 Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.<br />
 Manage distributors and drive secondary sales.<br />
 Expand distribution by adding new outlets and improving coverage.<br />
 Execute trade schemes and in-store visibility activities.<br />
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities.<br />
 Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.<br />

Candidate Profile<br />
 Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)<br />
 2-4 years experience in FMCG sales (General Trade)<br />
 Good communication and negotiation skills.<br />
 Willingness to travel within the territory.
