Description

Primerica is seeking a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Social Content Optimization Specialist to oversee the planning, programming, optimization, and operational management of content across Primerica Social and Primerica’s broader social media ecosystem.

This role is focused on understanding audience behavior, identifying content performance patterns, leveraging AI-powered tools and insights, repurposing and adapting existing content assets, and optimizing content to support lead generation, engagement, recruiting, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate understands platform nuances, audience segmentation, and how to apply data and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
